What’s Included
- TT Bar
- 3 spacers (small, medium, large)
- Special zip ties (use only the included zip ties — standard zip ties will not hold securely)
Installation Steps
1. Choose the right spacer The TT Bar ships with three spacers of different heights. Select the one that allows the bar to make full contact with your handlebars. Start with the smallest spacer for a minimal profile. If you need extra clearance for bags or additional accessories, use a taller spacer.
2. Position the bar Rest the TT Bar on top of your handlebars. Adjust it so it sits evenly and has a good, solid seating across the bars. You’ll notice a cavity on the bottom for obtaining a low profile over stem bolts. The three points of the bar should make full contact — if it doesn’t land on a bar, swap to the next size up spacer. Note: We realize all bar configurations may not be supported via this mounting method. Reach out to us for support.
3. Secure with zip ties Use the included special zip ties to lace the bar onto the handlebars. Thread them through and around securely. Do not substitute generic zip ties — the included ones are specifically rated for this application and will hold significantly better.
Mounting Accessories
The TT Bar has mounting points on both the top and bottom surfaces, giving you double the space compared to a standard bar. Compatible accessories include:
- Lights
- Camera mounts
- Phone holders
- Bags
Accessories can be stacked or combined on both the upper and lower rails simultaneously.
Notes
- The current version uses zip-tie mounting. Future versions may feature an updated mounting design.
- Additional zip ties are available separately if needed (link to be provided by seller).
